1. Introduction This Terms of Use agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Colordance Inc., together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "Colordance," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the HongMall mobile application, website, and any related digital services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is a selfoperated online retail service through which Colordance directly sells products to consumers. All products offered on the Platform are sold by Colordance Inc. as the merchant of record. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 may only use the Platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. 3. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform—including text, images, software, trademarks, and design—is owned or licensed by Colordance and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. 4. User Account You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement. 5. Product Information Colordance strives to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, variations may occur due to display settings or supplier updates. We do not warrant that all information is errorfree and reserve the right to correct inaccuracies at any time. 6. Orders and Acceptance All orders placed through the Platform constitute an offer to purchase from Colordance. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance and receive payment. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. 7. Pricing and Payment Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total order amount. 8. Shipping and Delivery Colordance will arrange shipment of products after order processing, typically within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. 9. Returns and Refunds Return eligibility is determined on a casebycase basis in accordance with our Return Policy. Certain products—including food, personal care items, and final sale goods—are nonreturnable. 10. Prohibited Activities Users agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Attempting unauthorized access
• Reselling products for commercial purposes without permission
• Submitting false information
• Interfering with Platform security

11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colordance shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding six months. 12. Privacy Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. 13. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. The courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. 14.
